I just returned from a stay and found the hotel overall quite enjoyable, especially if you have kids. The waterpark was a highlight for my family, and the staff at the bars and snack areas were all incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, with repetitive food selections and some quality issues. The rooms were nice, but there were some maintenance hiccups that detracted from the experience.
